Bhuvan RBI - To Support RBI for mapping and effective management for all banks in India. Geotagging initiative is taken up using an android app to precisely locate RBI various banking units like Branch/ATMs/Administrative Office/Electronic Kiosk etc,. through Bhuvan Geoportal.
Portal provides facility to visualise asset spread in the context of high resolution image backdrop with GIS analytical capabilities.
This mapping system is a collaborative effort between Reserve Bank of India and National Remote Sensing Center, ISRO.
